Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse at 51 Watt Road, Hillington, Glasgow, G52 4RY

The lead time for delivery is currently between 7-10 working days (Monday-
Friday).

Pre-orders will be shipped within 1-2 working days of receiving our stock.
DELIVERY TIMES & DAYS

Orders are dispatched on a next working day delivery service. Deliveries take place between 09:00–18:00 hrs Monday to Friday. You will receive a tracking email from the delivery company when your order has reached their delivery hub.  This will allow you to track progress of your delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide an ETA for your delivery.

DELIVERY PARTNERS
We use Bullet Express for palletised shipping through the Pallex network and DHL & UKMail for carton shipping.
Although we endeavour to get your order to you on a next working day delivery,
there are rare occasions where our courier partners may encounter unforeseen
problems which may delay your order. Although we will act quickly and
responsively to sort out any problems, these are mostly outwith our control and
Marcias Limited will not be held responsible for any losses caused by these delays.

Shipping Rates
Orders over £250 – Free
Orders up to £250 – a standard pallet charge applies of £29
Orders weighing up to 60kg that do not require pallet delivery are at a rate of
£20.00

*IMPORTANT INFORMATION*
Please remember this is a *KERBSIDE PALLET DELIVERY ONLY*, the driver will NOT enter your premises and is under no obligation to move the item for you. In the event of a larger order, it is advised to arrange suitable assistance to help take delivery of your goods.

If you anticipate any issues with your goods being delivered on an 18T vehicle (bin lorry size) then please let us know as soon as possible and we can request a smaller vehicle.

If no-one is available to accept the order, the goods can be left in a safe place with your prior permission. If this is an option for you, please let us know in
advance.

if the driver is unable to make delivery to you due to no-one being home or no response on the contact number, the goods will be taken back to the depot for a redelivery the following day. If this second attempt is failed, then there will be a re-delivery charge applied - currently £29.

COLLECTION OF GOODS
*We are unable to offer free collection at this time due to Covid restrictions*

Free collection is available from the warehouse with advance notice.  Tell us when you are coming to collect and bring your confirmation email. Please wear a mask and observe social distancing rules. 

RETURN OF GOODS
Unless your goods are faulty, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We can arrange the collection for you and, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund – currently £29.

NORTHERN IRELAND DELIVERIES
Due to Brexit, we are no longer able to offer free delivery to Northern Ireland, for
goods over £250. All deliveries to Northern Ireland will be charged at the standard pallet rate of £50.
We are sorry to have to make this change to our policy, but unfortunately the extra costs for shipping no longer make free delivery possible.
